What Istria Privé is
The site combines a live selection of higher-value Istrian homes with location guides and buyer-focused editorial content. The public portfolio currently concentrates on houses and villas with pools in Istria from €600,000 upward, while selected high-value opportunities may be introduced more discreetly.
The aim is not to reproduce a mass property portal. It is to make the search easier to understand: what is available, where it is, how the areas differ and what an international buyer should verify before moving forward.
Who handles property enquiries
Property enquiries are handled by Mladen Tićak, real estate agent at DUX Nekretnine. Listing availability, commercial terms and documentation should always be reconfirmed before a viewing or offer because property data can change.
Editorial guides are reviewed from the perspective of day-to-day real-estate practice in Istria and link to official Croatian sources where legal or tax rules are discussed. They are general information, not legal or tax advice.
Private market
Not every seller wants complete public exposure. Buyers with a defined budget, preferred area and realistic timing can submit a brief for discreet opportunities. Exact location, full photography and documentation are shared selectively where appropriate.
